A big day for Qwerty..

So today, April 29th, Macintosh OS 10.4 (Tiger) is en route to our apartment!

I am so excited! (proving my geekiness) This will be the first major operating system upgrade that our 17" imac has seen. We have been running OS 10.2 (Jaguar) since we purchased the computer in 2002, and this will be a welcome speed bump to our daily computing needs.

I have spent the morning cleaning up around the apartment, in which I have been randomly placing junk around in for the last week or so. I observed the fact that I have been leaving things in the absolute worst place for NO REASON! I was carrying my guitar to our bedroom, where it belongs, hidden behind a chair, when I sat it ON TOP OF OUR SHOES... NEAR THE FRONT DOOR!!! Am I insane??? What in the great wide world of sports would prompt me to leave a 4 1/2 foot guitar on our shoes? In front of our door??? I've been doing that with everything else too. It's really dumb, and I have to stop... I think it might be my brain revolting... I've had alot on my mind lately, and have been doing well in other areas, so it might just be saying "Hey, I can only think of so many things at one time, and until you give me a break, I'm gonna stop thinking about things that will create obvious havoc in your life! Then you'll listen!!!"

Ok. Brain... I get the message!

Needless to say, I have more work to do, and I've been making backups of everything on the mac as it prepares for its brain transplant.
