I just caught up to your blogs for the past 6 or 8 months. *Finally* I guess that I hadn't signed into Blogger since Google bought them and I had to go through a conversion process or something.
Anyway, I *love* all your Kiah pictures. He is such a cutie! And I am surprised to find that you are in Ohio... Like, where have I been?
I continue to be impressed over the hard decisions that you and Sarah have had to make and how you have handled them all. Leaps of faith always turn out. Isn't that weird?
Did you listen to This American Life last week? There was some story about some gerbils and one said something about the difference between reasoning creatures (humans essentially, but in the story the gerbils could reason) vs. non-reasoning creatures. It was something to the effect of "Doubt is not an achievement, faith is." It has been haunting me ever since. But, we focus too much on skepticism, negativity, and doubt- or at least I do and the people in my immediate vicinity. Faith is sooo much more powerful and incredible.
